We usually reply within a day or two.
Open Settings inside Blips and turn on iCloud Sync. Once it's on, your subscriptions stay in sync across every device signed into the same iCloud account. Your data is stored in your own private iCloud database - we never see it or store a copy on our own servers.
Everything you enter lives on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own private iCloud account. Blips doesn't run a server that stores your subscriptions, doesn't use analytics, doesn't show ads, and doesn't sell or share your data. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
You can mark a subscription as shared and optionally note who it's shared with, how much each person owes, and who's managing it. Everything you enter stays with your own data on your devices.
On a new device, or after reinstalling, open Settings inside Blips and choose Restore Purchases. Your Pro status is verified through Apple's App Store, so it isn't tied to us or to any account of ours.
Yes. Use Export in Settings to save your subscriptions to a file via the system share sheet, and Import to bring a file back in. You choose where the file goes, and we're never a party to that transfer.
Reminders are scheduled entirely on-device. You can turn them on or off, and adjust how far ahead you're notified. You can also manage notification permissions for Blips under your device's Settings app.
Delete individual subscriptions directly in the app. Because Blips doesn't store your data outside of your devices and your private iCloud storage, there's no separate account-deletion request to make with us.
Email us at [email protected] with as much detail as you can. What you were doing, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. We read every message.
For how Blips handles your data, see the Privacy Policy.
